Wild Coral Trout has a beautiful dark red body with oval-ish bluish spots. It is one of the most popular fish you see in the Red sea. Its high popularity is not surprising due to its very tender, firm and particularly sweet meat that flakes wonderfully.
How to cook?
We offer it Cleaned & Marinated (garlic, pepper, cumin, little vinegar & oil). Delicious if grilled or fried (add flour) or placed in the oven with fresh vegetables for 20 min @ 180C. Cleaned & Unmarinated is available as well.
